Hi, I’m Shari — your guide to embodied wellness.
I’m a Yoga Therapist, Mobility Specialist, and Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people restore their health. I believe wellness is whole-body function — muscles, joints, breath, and nervous system working together as one.
My approach blends modern movement science with the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda to create balance for your body and mind.
When one area of the body becomes tight, weak, or overloaded, other areas compensate. Over time, this can lead to pain, imbalance, or injury. True health comes from strengthening what needs strength, mobilizing what needs space, and calming what needs rest.
