Suggested Equipment

To get the most out of your workouts, here are helpful items to have at home.
You do not need everything to begin — start with what you have and build over time. (Body weight and water bottles work just fine!)

Equipment ideas:

  • A variety of dumbbells (light to heavy)

  • Resistance bands or loop bands

  • Yoga mat

  • Sturdy chair or step

  • Massage balls (tennis balls work!)

  • Yoga blocks or small bolster (optional)

The key is simply to start. Movement creates momentum.
