Cardio Barre – Full Body Burn & Fun

This energizing, low-impact (but definitely not low-effort!) Cardio Barre workout blends heart-pumping movement with muscle-sculpting strength. Each of the 6 rounds follows a dynamic pattern: 40 seconds of a big cardio move followed by a 20-second pulse to deepen the burn. Think lunge for 40 seconds, lunge pulse for 20 — simple, sweaty, and incredibly effective. You’ll move through 6 six-minute sets total — 4 standing and 2 on the floor — giving you a balanced mix of cardio, barre, and strength work. Light weights are optional but perfect for adding an extra upper-body challenge. Expect a fun, full-body session that brings the cardio, builds strength, and leaves you feeling strong and empowered — all without the joint-jarring impact.
