We begin seated in a chair with simple stretches to warm the body, improve posture, and wake up the breath. As we move, you’ll be given options to stay seated or stand and use the chair as a steady prop for balance and support.

This class focuses on mobility, flexibility, and ease — helping you feel stronger, more open, and more confident in everyday movement. You choose what feels best for your body each day.
