Restorative yoga 1

Restorative yoga is a quiet, nourishing practice designed to help the body and mind deeply relax.
Using blankets, pillows, or bolsters for support, you’ll settle into comfortable poses with no strain or effort. Each posture is held for several minutes, allowing muscles to release, breathing to slow, and nervous system to shift into rest-and-repair mode.

This class is gentle, slow, and meditative — perfect for reducing stress, easing tension, and supporting better sleep. You’ll leave feeling grounded, calm, and restored.

All levels welcome. No experience needed.
