Chair yoga to restorative
A full hour of gentle movement and deep rest. This class begins with easy chair yoga to warm the body, loosen joints, and wake up the breath. We’ll move slowly through seated stretches and light mobility work, perfect for anyone who prefers support or wants to ease into movement. Then we transition to the mat for restorative yoga on the floor — long, supported holds using pillows or blankets, designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite deep relaxation. You’ll leave feeling open, rested, and refreshed. All levels welcome. No previous yoga experience needed. Bring a chair, a mat, and anything that makes you comfortable for the restorative portion (blanket, pillow, etc).
