Heart opening yoga to restorative yoga

This one-hour class starts with a gentle beginner flow to awaken the body, stretch the chest and shoulders, and create more space around the heart. You’ll move slowly through simple poses with plenty of guidance, focusing on posture, breath, and ease.

After the flow, we transition to restorative yoga on the floor — supported, quiet postures designed to release tension and soothe the nervous system. Expect longer holds, soft props, and deep relaxation.

You’ll finish feeling lighter, calmer, and more open, both physically and emotionally.
