Therapeutic yoga

Therapeutic yoga is a gentle, healing practice designed to help you move with more ease and comfort.
We combine mindful movement, breathwork, and simple stretching to reduce tension, improve mobility, and support joint health. Poses are slow, accessible, and easily adapted — with options to sit, stand, or use props so you can practice in a way that feels safe and comfortable.

Class ends with Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation practice done lying down. Yoga Nidra helps calm the nervous system, release stress, and support better sleep and restoration. Many people describe it as “a rest for the body and a reset for the mind.”

Expect to leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and deeply nourished — inside and out.
